the elevator pitch

Creative. Articulate. Precise.

Hi there. My name is Kenzie Elizabeth Bailey*. I am a conceptual designer with a solid eye for detail and the unique ability to translate what is in your brain onto a page. That may not seem like that unique of an ability, but as I work primarily with operations and executive departments, understanding how to visually represent “make it pop” when the phrase ends up in a brief is an invaluable skill. I have expert knowledge in digital and traditional marketing creative, print design, and corporate brand development & maintenance. Colleagues have described me as a deeply creative thinker with the ability to execute high-level concepts in a qualitative and efficient way. I frequently take dull, cluttered business concepts and bring them to life, in a way that produces results. I believe in the duality of collaboration and autonomy, not only within a creative department but within the entire organization; I always strive to turn concepts into reality.

In my time working in dynamic corporate environments, I have developed the skills to keep up with the speed of a business, the knowledge to triple-check every item I produce, and the understanding that every project has the potential to be scrapped and re-created at a moment’s notice. From flyers, forms, and facebook posts, to catalogs, executive decks, and campaign suites - every project gets the same minimum level of thought and attention.
